Our Business Philosophy
The objective of our business is to provide a high quality product and reliable service for our customers. We take the time to listen to your needs, offer alternatives, and deliver your desired product or service in a timely manner.
We are not a home center, you are not expected to walk through our warehouse, pick your items and load your own vehicle. Our business philosophy is plain old fashioned service. You come into the sales office, explain to the sales clerk your requirements, your requirements are translated into an order, you pay for the products, and give your paperwork to one of our people in the warehouse. Your order is pulled, placed in or on top of your vehicle, secured and you are on your way, usually in less than 10 minutes. If you require delivery service, you are given a mutually convenient time slot, with a 15 minute block, and you are on your way, in minutes. No endless aisles to walk, no clerks that don't know what they are doing, no long lines, no long waits for customer service.
Employees play an important role in any business. Our employees are trained professionals, from our warehouse personnel, drivers, sales and skilled craftsmen in our shop, we will translate your request into an order that will meet with your complete satisfaction. Every aspect of the order will be explained to you, and you will leave our facility knowing that we understood your request, and that you will be receiving your order in the time frame agreed upon.
We are located at 195 First Street, Jersey City, NJ. In the heart of Historic Downtown Jersey City, just 2 Blocks from the Grove Street Path Station, 4 Blocks from the Newport Mall, 12 Blocks from the Holland Tunnel.
